This is an Easy Chicken Chilli Recipe, made with chicken, capsicum, and spring onion. No marination is required for this recipe. Just cook chicken then add capsicum and sliced spring onion.
This is a type of dry chicken chili. It tastes great with pita bread, fried rice, and plain rice. It’s up to you how you like to eat it or love to present chicken chili.

Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- Chicken 500g (Julian)
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Crushed chilies 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Water ½ cup
- Capsicum 1 (Julian)
- Spring onion 2 (sliced)
- Corn flour 2 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- In a shallow pan add oil, warm it then add onion & ginger garlic paste. Sauté.
- Add julian cut chicken, saute’ for 10 minutes.
- Add salt & black pepper. Once the chicken is tender add tomato ketchup, crushed chilies, soya sauce and 1/2 cup water.
- Cover the pan for 5 minutes and cook on low heat.
- Then add julian cut capsicum and spring onions. Cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes. If required add corn flour (mixed in water).
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
