  • For Chicken
  • Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter milk ½ cup
  • Sriracha chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Melted butter 2 tbsp
  • Dry ingredients
  • All purpose flour (maeda)3/4 cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Corn flakes 1 cup (crushed)
  • Red pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp


  1. Marinade chicken with baking powder, egg, butter milk, sriracha chili sauce, salt, black pepper and melted butter. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken piece in dry ingredients, press gently so it sticks with chicken.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken pieces in badges for 20 minutes at slow flame. Don’t move it before 15 minutes.
Don’t over crowd wok with chicken pieces.
