Chicken Roll Paratha is one of the growing street food in Pakistan, a combination of spicy chicken, tangy salad, and chutney makes it scrumptious.
There are different kinds of paratha available and this is a simple form of Roll paratha. If you are a cheese lover you can add cheese in filling.

Ingredients
For Chicken
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 3- 4 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
For the Paratha
- All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups
- Salt 1 pinch
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Water to knead
For the Chutney
- Imli (tamarind) pulp fresh 1 cup
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
For the Salad
- Tomato (chopped)
- Onion (chopped)
- Fresh coriander
- A bit of lemon juice
Instructions
For Chicken
- Mix all the above ingredients except oil with chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a pan take oil, add the chicken mixture and cook until chicken cooked.
For the Paratha
- In a wide bowl take all purpose flour (maida), add salt, and ghee, mix it well then add water and knead it with your palm. Keep rest it for one hour.
- Make parathas and fry them in a frying pan.
For the Chutney
- In a blender take all the chutney ingredients, add some water and blend well.
For the Assembling
- Take a piece of butter paper, put paratha on it, followed by some chicken mixture on it, salad and chutney.
- Roll it and serve.
