  • 2 ½ cup Rice
  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 4 Small cardamom
  • 4 Onion (chopped)
  • 6 Green chilies (chopped)
  • 12 Almond
  • 1 cup Oil
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Black cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • For stock
  • 1 kg Meat
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 bunches Whole garlic
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Big cardamom
  • 4 to 5 glass Water
  • 1 tbsp Aniseed (Saunf)
  • 1 tbsp Whole coriander
  • Salt to taste
  1. First soak the rice.
  2. Wash the meat and add in pan with 4 to 5 glass water, garlic bunch, onion, ginger piece and salt to taste.
  3. At same time in a cloth add aniseed, whole coriander and cardamoms and fold it like a pouch and put it in pan to cook.
  4. When meat tender. Strain the stock.
  5. In a big pan heat oil and fry onion till it turns golden brown.
  6. Now take half of the onion add yogurt, ginger garlic paste and green chilies chopped to cook.
  7. Then add black cumin, cardamoms and almonds in chopper to chop and add it in meat to cook.
  8. Now add stock and its starts to boil, add rice to cook when stock dries; simmer it on flat pan.
  9. In the end dish it out and garnish it with brown onion and serve it with raita.
