Delicious, simple, and easy to make, the Spicy Pepper Chicken is a classic meal. This is not a Chinese version of the black pepper chicken.

Spicy Pepper Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Onion 250 gm
- Tomato 250 gm
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cloves 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 2 tsp (crushed)
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Green coriander few
- Green chilies 4
- Oil ½ cup
Instructions
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin powder, and curry leaves.
- Now add onion and fry.
- Then add tomato, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cloves; cover the pot.
- After this add chicken and water, and cook for half hours.
- When chicken tender then add lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies, and crushed black pepper and serve hot
