Ingredients
- For Veggies Broth
- Water 3 glass
- Spring onion 1 (sliced)
- Carrot 1 (sliced)
- Ginger 1 small piece (sliced)
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Green chili 1-2
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Other Ingredients
- Peas 500g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- Put broth ingredients in a pan and cook about 8-10 minutes. Then strain broth and discard veggies.
- Boil peas with salt and pepper. Grind peas with a little water.
- Add peas paste into broth and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
