Easy Chicken Broth Recipe
Winter is here and we need something hot to warm the body or beat the cold of the weather. This is winter special chicken broth that has wonderful effects on the body.

You can’t neglect the numerous benefits of broth. It does not only warm your body but also quite healthy because calories in chicken stock are low.

  • Chicken neck 250g
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Small onion 1 (sliced)
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Water 6 glasses

For Masala

  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Black pepper pops 1 tsp (sabet kali mirch)
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp


For Masala

  1. Grind all spices to make powder. Keep it aside.

For Chicken Broth

  1. Add all ingredients to the cooking pan and cook on slow heat until 4 glasses left. Strain the broth.
  2. Pour into cups, add masala, and serve hot.
