Chicken Steamed Roll

A fabulous recipe for all chicken lovers. Chicken slices are stuffed with capsicum filling; first fried then steam. A unique recipe to serve in tea time or any other special occasion. A great recipe of Steamed Chicken by Chef Zakir.

Steamed Chicken Rolls


  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp crushes black pepper
  • 1 tbsp crush/powder red chili
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 red capsicum
  • Tooth pick
  • Oil for fry




  1. Cut thin slices of chicken breast.
  2. Marinate chicken with salt, crush black pepper, red chili, wochester sauce, egg, lemon juice.
  3. Now add both flours and mix.
  4. Cut red and green capsicum in julian, add ginger paste and mix.
  5. Place capsicum on slice of chicken and roll this, close edges with tooth pick and deep fry.
  6. When gets a golden brown color, Steam them.
  7. Serve hot with sauce.
