  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Vinegar 2 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 375 gm
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg ground ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  1. Marinate mutton with salt to taste, vinegar and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  2. Then add yogurt, garam masala powder, cumin powder, ground nutmeg, red chili powder and chaat masala. Marinade about 30 minutes.
  3. Take out from marination and fry mutton till golden brown.
  4. Again coat the mutton pieces with yogurt mixture. Then cook in steamer till tender.
  5. Dish it out and serve hot.
