A fabulous recipe for all chicken lovers. Chicken slices are stuffed with capsicum filling; first fried then steam. A unique recipe to serve in tea time or any other special occasion. A great recipe of Steamed Chicken by Chef Zakir.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp crushes black pepper
- 1 tbsp crush/powder red chili
- 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 red capsicum
- Tooth pick
- Oil for fry

Method
- Cut thin slices of chicken breast.
- Marinate chicken with salt, crush black pepper, red chili, wochester sauce, egg, lemon juice.
- Now add both flours and mix.
- Cut red and green capsicum in julian, add ginger paste and mix.
- Place capsicum on slice of chicken and roll this, close edges with tooth pick and deep fry.
- When gets a golden brown color, Steam them.
- Serve hot with sauce.
