Vegetable Sizzler Recipe by Chef Rida Aftab
Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 (Cubed & boiled)
- Carrots 1 cup (boiled)
- Capsicum 2
- Peas 1 cup (boiled)
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Cottage cheese 200g
- Butter 100g
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Round red chilies 6
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Instructions
- Heat ¼ cup oil; add potatoes, carrots, capsicums, peas, mushrooms and cottage cheese.
- Fry it and take it out.
- Now take another pan, heat it and add half of the butter in it.
- Add ground red chilies, fried vegetables, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, hot chili sauce and finely chopped garlic and mix it and cook it for 1 minute.
- Heat sizzling platter, add the remaining butter and put the onions. Pour cooked vegetables and serve immediately.
