Easy Potato and Carrot Kabab

A vegetation version of kebab made with only potato, carrot and simple spices. Potato & Carrot Kabab goes great in Ramadan.

Potato & Carrot Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • Potato 2 (boiled, mashed)
  • Carrot 2 (boiled, grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Dried mango powder (amchor) a pinch
  • Crush red chilli ¼ tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method

  1. In a bowl combine mashed potato, carrot,salt, black pepper, dried mango powder and red chili. Check salt and pepper.
  2. Make kabab in your desired shape.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry kabab.
