A vegetation version of kebab made with only potato, carrot and simple spices. Potato & Carrot Kabab goes great in Ramadan.
Potato & Carrot Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
- Potato 2 (boiled, mashed)
- Carrot 2 (boiled, grated)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Dried mango powder (amchor) a pinch
- Crush red chilli ¼ tsp
- Oil for fry
Method
- In a bowl combine mashed potato, carrot,salt, black pepper, dried mango powder and red chili. Check salt and pepper.
- Make kabab in your desired shape.
- Heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry kabab.
