  • Cottage cheese 2 cups
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 2 (finely sliced)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 4 (finely sliced)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Hot spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-6 (sliced)
  • Green coriander ½ cup (chopped)
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
  1. Cut one cup cottage cheese into cubes and crush/grate one cup cheese.
  2. Heat oil on tawa (griddle) and put onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato. Cover and cook on slow flame until tomato well cook.
  3. Now add yogurt, salt, red chili, turmeric, hot spice powder, green chilies, green coriander and dry fenugreek. Stir it.
  4. Add grated cheese and cook until oil separates. Then add cheese cubes and toss gently.
  5. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green chilies, green coriander and serve with hot naan or roti.
