Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 2 cups
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion 2 (finely sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 4 (finely sliced)
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Hot spice powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4-6 (sliced)
- Green coriander ½ cup (chopped)
- Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Cut one cup cottage cheese into cubes and crush/grate one cup cheese.
- Heat oil on tawa (griddle) and put onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato. Cover and cook on slow flame until tomato well cook.
- Now add yogurt, salt, red chili, turmeric, hot spice powder, green chilies, green coriander and dry fenugreek. Stir it.
- Add grated cheese and cook until oil separates. Then add cheese cubes and toss gently.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with green chilies, green coriander and serve with hot naan or roti.
