Ingredients
- Chicken breast 2
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Wooster shire sauce 1 tbsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Baked potato 1
- Boiled vegetables to serve
- For Pepper Sauce
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Stock 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
Instructions
For Pepper Sauce
- Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick.
- In end, put cream and rosemary.
For Steak
- Now garnish with baked potatoes and boiled vegetables. Serve with boiled rice.
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes except baked potatoes and boiled vegetables.
- Now heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready.
- Shift chicken in a pan and pour over pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- After that, take out chicken with sauce in a sizzler.
