Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Wooster shire sauce 1 tbsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Baked potato 1
  • Boiled vegetables to serve
  • For Pepper Sauce
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp

Instructions

For Pepper Sauce

  1. Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick.
  2. In end, put cream and rosemary.

For Steak

  1. Now garnish with baked potatoes and boiled vegetables. Serve with boiled rice.
  2. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes except baked potatoes and boiled vegetables.
  3. Now heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready.
  4. Shift chicken in a pan and pour over pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. After that, take out chicken with sauce in a sizzler.
