Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Dry Red Chilies 10
- Paprika Powder 2 tsp
- Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
- Dark Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tsp
- Square Cut Onion 1
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion 2 (sliced)
Instructions
- Heat oil then add chopped garlic.
- Then add boneless chicken, 2 cups water. Cover and cook.
- Cook until tender and when half cup water is left, then add dry red chilies, paprika powder, chili sauce, dark soya sauce, crushed black pepper, salt, vinegar, brown sugar, square cut onion, and chili garlic sauce.
- Now mix corn flour in water and add in the mixture. Add spring onion, cook for a few minutes.
- Turn off the flame and serve.
