Cold Cheese Cake

Do you know cheese work so well in cake? A great and delicious Cold Cheese Cake with a fabulous taste. Perfect to serve at any special occasion.


  • Cream 400 ml (2 small packets)
  • Condense milk 1 tin
  • Cheese 225 gm (grated)
  • Gelatin powder 4 tea spoons (melted in 1/8 cup hot water)
  • Pineapple 1 tin
  • Chocolate Chips Cookies 1 family pack (chopped)
  • Chocolate syrup ½ cup



  1. Take a bowl to beat cream, condense milk, cheese, melted gelatin powder, and a few chunks of pineapple.
  2. Take a glass dish, make a layer of chopped biscuits and pour all the batter over it.
  3. Chill it; decorate with chocolate syrup and pineapple chunks.
  4. Serve.
