Ingredients
- For Chicken
- Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Eggs 2
- Butter milk ½ cup
- Sriracha chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Melted butter 2 tbsp
- Dry ingredients
- All purpose flour (maeda)3/4 cup
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Corn flakes 1 cup (crushed)
- Red pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- Marinade chicken with baking powder, egg, butter milk, sriracha chili sauce, salt, black pepper and melted butter. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat chicken piece in dry ingredients, press gently so it sticks with chicken.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken pieces in badges for 20 minutes at slow flame. Don’t move it before 15 minutes.
Note
Don’t over crowd wok with chicken pieces.
