  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrots 2
  • Peas boiled ½ cup
  • Cucumber 2
  • Apple 1 (peeled cut in cubes)
  • Pineapple 1 cup (tiny cubes)
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp heaped
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 2


  1. Peel and cut all the vegetables in cubes, boil potatoes, peas and carrots. Let them cool.
  2. Then mix all veggies and fruits in a bowl, add in seasonings, mix with mayonnaise and cream.
  3. Toss well, serve on a bed of salad leaves decorated with boiled eggs.
  4. Serve chilled.
