Ingredients
For First Layer
Butter cake 1 pound (cut into slices)
For Second Layer
- Caramel pudding mixture 2 packets
- Milk 3 cups
For Third Layer
- Pineapple 1 cup (chunks)
- Banana 2 (sliced)
- Desiccated coconut ½ cup
- Cream 1 ½ cup
- Condensed milk 4 tbsp
- Whipped cream 1 cup
For Soaking
- Milk 1 cup
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Pineapple juice ½ cup
- Coconut milk ¼ cup
- Pineapple essence ¼ tsp
- Cherries for decoration
Instructions
- Beat cream with condensed milk from third layer ingredients. Keep aside.
- Mix all the ingredients under soaking except cherries.
- Spread a layer of cake slices, in a square Pyrex dish.
- Spread over soaking milk mixture.
- Heat milk adds caramel pudding mixture, cook till 1 boil comes, remove, spread over cake layer.
- Put in fridge to set.
- Take it out from fridge. Top with pineapple chunks, banana slices and sprinkle in a desiccated coconut.
- Now spread beaten cream with condensed milk above the fruit.
- Garnish with cherries and whipped cream.
- Cool in fridge and serve.
