Ingredients
- Mint leaves 2 cups
- Green chilies 6-8
- Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Splash of water
- Yogurt 1 cup
Instructions
- Put mint leaves, green chilies, pomegranate seeds, salt and splash of water in food processor and make a smooth paste.
- Mix 1 tbsp or as required mint chutney in yogurt and enjoy.
- Keep leftover mint chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use alone or for mint raita.
Notes
If you want to make mint and coriander raita then add 1/2 cup coriander leaves with other ingredients.
