Ingredients
For Strawberry Smoothie
- Frozen strawberry 16 ounces
- Frozen banana 1 medium
- Honey 4 tea spoons
- Apple juice 1- ½ cups
For Mango Smoothie
- Frozen mangoes 16 ounces
- Frozen banana 1 medium
- Honey 4 tea spoons
- Orange juice 1- ½ cups
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients of strawberry smoothie together very well on low speed.
- Rinse off the blender and blend all ingredients of mango smoothie very well on low speed.
- Pour strawberry smoothie into the bottom half of glass.
- Gently pour mango smoothie into top half of glass over strawberry smoothie.
- Garnish with strawberry and mango cubes and serve with straw.

In off-season, you can use a pulpy canned drinks.
