  • ½ kg Milk
  • 1 pinch Food color
  • 2 tbsp Sago dana
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 100 gm Khoya
  • Dry fruit as required
  1. In a pan add milk with sugar and cook till sugar dissolve.
  2. Then add food color, sago and khoya to mix and cook well.
  3. Then add few drops kewra essence to mix.
  4. Now pour it in glass cup and garnish with dry fruit and serve.
