Ingredients
- Rice ½ kg
- Salt 1-1/2tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tsp
- Carrot 2 (strips)
- Capsicum 1 (strips)
- Green Onion 3 tbsp (sliced)
- Cauliflower 1 cup (shredded)
Instructions
- Boil rice with salt.
- Then in a pan put oil, chopped garlic and half fry. Now add ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce, crushed red chili, lemon juice, salt, chicken powder, crushed black pepper, capsicum, carrot, cauliflower and mix.
- Then add boiled rice and again mix, sprinkle with green onion and serve.
