Ingredients
- Fish Boneless 400g (small pieces)
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp
- Garlic 3-4 cloves (chopped)
- Ginger 1/2 tsp (chopped)
- Onion 1 medium (sliced)
- Green coriander 1/2 cup
- Spring onions 1 (sliced)
- Capsicum 1 cup (sliced)
- Carrot 1 small (sliced)
- Fish sauce a few drops(optional)
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Cooked Rice 3 cups
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil
Instructions
- Marinate fish with soya sauce and half tsp of black pepper powder for 10 minutes.
- Just before frying add in corn starch and toss and fry fish till done. Keep this aside.
- In the same oil add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute. Next add onion and continue stir fry followed by chopped green coriander, spring onion, capsicum and carrots.
- When the vegetables are almost done add in fish sauce, chili sauce and fried fish and stir fry for a few seconds.
- Now add cooked rice and stir and mix well. Fish fried rice is ready.
