Ingredients
- Boneless fish ½ kg
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Egg 2 (beaten)
- Fresh bread crumbs as required
- Sesame seeds ½ cup
- French fries for serving
- Oil for frying
Instructions

- In a bowl marinade boneless fish with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, paprika powder, chopped garlic, black pepper, and ½ tsp salt.
- Leave it for half an hour.
- Sprinkle cornflour on fish then dip fish into the egg.
- Coat into breadcrumbs mixture and sesame seeds.
- Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
- Serve fish with fries.
