Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chopped cashew nut ½ cup
- Chopped green chili 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chopped tomato 2
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chopped star anise ½ tsp
- Cardamom 4
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
Instructions
- In frying pan heat oil and add chicken. Fry well.
- Blender, ginger garlic, cashew nut, chopped green chilies, yogurt along with tomatoes. Mix well.
- Add in chicken and cook.
- Now add cinnamon, red chili powder, salt, chopped star anise, cardamoms along with milk.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken tender and oil comes on top. Turn off the flame and serve.
