Chicken Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts 2
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp To Serve with
- Baked potato 1
- Steamed vegetables for serving
For Pepper Sauce
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Stock 1/2 cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
Method
For Pepper Sauce
Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper, HP sauce and stock and cook until thick. Lastly add cream and rosemary.
For Steak
Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready. Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove in a sizzler plate already heated directly on stove. Serve with baked potato and steamed vegetables.
