In the month of Ramadan we always search new recipes to make in Iftar time. Got this easy recipe from Chef Asad and make delicious Chicken Noodles Rolls.

 

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 cup (boiled & shredded)
  • Noodles 1 cup (boiled)
  • Peas 1/4 cup (boiled)
  • Capsicum 1 (diced)
  • Carrot 1 (diced)
  • Cabbage 1/4 cup (shredded)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Roll pati as required
  • Oil for fry

Method

  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry chicken, noodles, all vegetables, salt, black pepper, ketchup, chili sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Spoon filling on roll pati, apply egg on edges and roll it.
  3. Deep fry in oil and serve with ketchup.
