In the month of Ramadan we always search new recipes to make in Iftar time. Got this easy recipe from Chef Asad and make delicious Chicken Noodles Rolls.
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 cup (boiled & shredded)
- Noodles 1 cup (boiled)
- Peas 1/4 cup (boiled)
- Capsicum 1 (diced)
- Carrot 1 (diced)
- Cabbage 1/4 cup (shredded)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Egg 1 (beaten)
- Roll pati as required
- Oil for fry
Method
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry chicken, noodles, all vegetables, salt, black pepper, ketchup, chili sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar about 3-4 minutes.
- Spoon filling on roll pati, apply egg on edges and roll it.
- Deep fry in oil and serve with ketchup.
