Ingredients
- Egg noodles 1 packet
- Oil for deep fry
- Undercut beef 300g
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic 4 cloves (chopped)
- Carrot 1 (thinly sliced)
- Capsicum 1 (thinly sliced)
- Cauliflower 1/4 (thinly sliced)
- Green onion 1 (thinly sliced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- White pepper ¼ tsp
- Oyster sauce 2tbsp
- Worcester sauce 2tbsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Corn flour 1.1/2 tbsp (mixed in water)
Instructions
- Place fry noodles in serving platter, pour beef gravy on top and serve.
- Boil egg noodles but not fully.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry noodles. Don’t move spoon until they are not come on top of oil.
- Cut beef in slices and then roughly chop it.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil and brown garlic. Include beef and cook until tender and water dry.
- Add carrot, capsicum, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oyster sauce, worcester sauce, ketchup; toss gently then add cauliflower.
- Add ½ cup water and bring to boil. On boiling point add corn flour paste in gravy.
- Cook more 2-3 minutes. At the end add spring onion and mix gently.
