Ingredients
- For Rice
- Rice 300g (soaked)
- Turmeric 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
- Peas 1 cup (boiled)
- Green chilies 4 (sliced)
- Whole red chili 4 (sliced)
- For Kabab
- Mince 300g
- Onion 1
- Egg 1
- Green chili 3
- Whole red chili 3
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
- Oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
For Rice
- Boil water, salt and turmeric then add rice and boil until 80% done. Strain rice and put aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry peas, green chilies and red chilies. When it starts to give aroma put boiled rice and tose gently. Simmer (dum) for 5 minutes.
For Kabab
- Put mince, onion, egg, green chili, red chili, garlic, crushed black pepper and salt in chopper and chop.
- Then add bread crumbs in mince mixture and chop again.
- Take it out and make kabab. Place kabab on a greased baking tray, sprinkle cheese over kabab and bake at 180 degree C for 8-10 minutes or until golden and tender.
- Shift rice on platter, set kabab and serve.
