Ingredients
- Red chili 2 tbsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp (whole)
- Black cumin 1 tbsp
- Red chili 3 (whole)
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Carom seeds ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Chat masala ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds ½ tsp
- Black cardamom 2 – 3
- Green cardamom 2 – 3
- Cinnamon sticks 3 – 4
- Clove 8 – 10
- Mace ½ tbsp
- Nutmeg ½ tbsp
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Citric acid ¼ tsp
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender except citric acid and blend.
- Now include citric acid and mix with spoon.
- Transfer in a glass bottle and use.
