Finally I made Kairi ki Chutney today :D, from long long time I want to make it but don’t know why I didn’t. I love its taste, simply superb and a great condiment with meal. All common ingredients you will get from your kitchen. Must try it!

Ingredients
- Kerri 4-5 medium
- Onion 1 medium (sliced)
- Green chilies 4-5
- Mint leaves ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel off skin of kerri and cut into slices.
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and roughly chop. Add a little water if needed.
- Serve as condiment with meals.
