Ingredients

  • Carrot 2-1/2 kg
  • Sugar 350 gm or according to taste
  • Clarified butter 250 gm
  • Solid milk (Khoya) 750 gm
  • Almond & pistachio as needed
  • Boiled eggs 4 (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate carrots.
  2. In a heavy bottom wok stirs fry carrots until the water of carrots evaporates.
  3. Add sugar, stir fry until sugar dissolves and water dry.
  4. Shift clarified butter, stir frequently until clarified butter begins to separate.
  5. Put solid milk, stir well. Add in almonds and pistachio.
  6. Dish out and garnish with boiled eggs.
