Falsa is my favorite fruit and I love to make its dip/chutney and juice. Falsay ki chutney is made with falsay, sugar, rose water, red chili powder and chaat masala. Try out sweet and sour Falsay Ki Chutney and enjoy!

Ingredients
- Falsay 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Rose water 2 tbsp
- Pinch of salt
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
Instructions
- Wash falsay carefully.
- Add falsay in a bowl, sprinkle sugar and rose water. Leave for overnight.
- In a shallow pan on slow heat cook it until sugar dissolves well.
- Add pinch of salt and red chilli powder along chat masala.
- Cook until required consistency.
- Safe in a glass jar.
