Ingredients
- Mutton 1 kg
- Vinegar 2 cups
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 375 gm
- Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg ground ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate mutton with salt to taste, vinegar and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
- Then add yogurt, garam masala powder, cumin powder, ground nutmeg, red chili powder and chaat masala. Marinade about 30 minutes.
- Take out from marination and fry mutton till golden brown.
- Again coat the mutton pieces with yogurt mixture. Then cook in steamer till tender.
- Dish it out and serve hot.
