Chicken Fajita Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- Chicken 250g
- Spaghetti ½ packet (boiled)
- Tomato 1
- Carrot 1 small
- Red onion 1 small
- Bell peppers/capsicum 1
- Spring onion 1 (chopped)
- Crushed garlic ½ tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Parsely a bunch
- Cream 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Homemade Taco Seasoning
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Onion powder 1/4 tsp
- Crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp
- Dried oregano 1/4 tsp
- Paprika 1/4 tsp
- Ground cumin 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
For Homemade Taco Seasoning
Mix all spice together and store in air tight jar.
For Fajita Noodles
- Cut chicken into strips, coat with 1 tbsp taco seasoning.
- Cut carrot, tomato, onion and bell pepper into strips.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large nonstick pan, over medium high heat. Add crushed garlic sauté until golden brown. Add chicken and cook through.
- Add carrot, onion, bell pepper and tomato cook until slightly softened.
- Toss boiled spaghetti. Sprinkle remaining taco seasoning.
- Add hot sauce, soya sauce, cream and mix well.
- Sprinkle chopped spring onion, parsley and chilli flakes.
- Serve hot.
