How to Make Seekh Boti

Ingredients

  • Beef/mutton/lamb 1 kg
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted& crushed)
  • Garam masala 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into cubes.
  2. Put meat in a bowl and marinade with papaya paste, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin, garam masala, crushed red chili, and salt.
  3. Leave for 4-6 hours for marination.
  4. Then put meat boti on skewers and bbq on charcoal.
  5. Cook from one side and turn the side and brush oil and cook.
  6. Serve hot with dip and naan.
