Ingredients
- Beef/mutton/lamb 1 kg
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp (roasted& crushed)
- Garam masala 2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Instructions
- Cut meat into cubes.
- Put meat in a bowl and marinade with papaya paste, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin, garam masala, crushed red chili, and salt.
- Leave for 4-6 hours for marination.
- Then put meat boti on skewers and bbq on charcoal.
- Cook from one side and turn the side and brush oil and cook.
- Serve hot with dip and naan.
