Ingredients
- ½ packet Pasta
- ½ kg Chicken (u can take boneless)
- 1 medium Can OR 4 tomatoes for tomato paste
- 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- ½ tbsp Oregano or ajwain
- 2 tbsp Dried parsley or dry fenugreek leaves (sookhi methi)
- ½ tbsp crushed chili
- 3 green chili (optional)
- ½ tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3-4 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the pasta by adding little salt and oil, keep it aside and cover the pot.
- Boil the chicken with salt and black pepper (remove the chicken from bones if you are using whole chicken and cut it into small pieces).
- In 1 tbsp of oil add chopped 1 garlic clove, when it gets pink add in chicken pieces and fry it for few minutes and keep it aside.
- Now in another pan take the remaining oil and add in chopped onion when they get soft add in chopped garlic , after turning pink add tomato paste (or skin off blended tomatoes ) with a glass of water and then add all the remaining ingredients.
- Cook it for 10 minutes at low heat, after that add the ready chicken and your sauce is ready .
- Spread paste in plate and pour chicken sauce on top.
- Its your choice mix the sauce with pasta or spread over the pasta.
