Ingredients
- Falsay 250g
- Sugar 1/4 cup or to taste
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Water 2-3 glass
- Red syrup 2 tbsp
- Ice as required
Instructions
- Put falsay, sugar, black salt and water in a blender and blend.
- Pass mixture through a sieve.
- Mix in red syrup, chill with ice and serve cold.
- Add ice and red and serve.
