Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Cottage cheese grated 3 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp heaped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ghee ¼ cup
- Mace ground ½ tsp
- Brown onion ground ½ cups
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Poppy seeds (ground into a paste) 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180 degree C.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients in beef mince. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Divide mince mixture into 12 to 14 equal portions, shape into balls.
