Ingredients
  • 1 kg mutton chops
  • 2 tomatoes (cubed)
  • 2 onions (thinly sliced)
  • 125g yogurt (beaten)
  • 4 green chilies (slitted)
  • 2 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp nutmeg mace powder (jaefl jawetery powder)
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Flat chops with hammer.
