Ingredients

  • Gram lentil (daal chana) 2 cups
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Sweet & Sour Chutney
  • Tamarind pulp 2 cups
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Other
  • Khubani ki Chutney for serving
  • Yogurt/mint yogurt for serving
  • Radish 1 for serving (grated)
Instructions
  1. Soak gram lentil in 4 cups water for 6-8 hours.
  2. Strain out water and blend completely in a fine normal thick paste by adding water.
  3. Include baking soda and salt and beat again with a beater to add air in the mixture.

اجزاء
دال چنا دو کپ
کھانے کا سوڈا چٹکی بھر
نمک حسبٍ ذائقہ
تیل فرائی کیلئے
املی کی چٹنی
املی کا پلپ دو کپ
چینی چار کھانے کے چمچ
نمک حسبٍ ذائقہ
مولی ایک عدد کدو کش

ترکیب
دال چنا کو چار کپ پانی میں چھ سے آٹھ گھنٹہ بھگو دیں۔
پانی نکال کے اسے بلینڈر میں نیا پانی ڈال کے پیس لیں کہ پکوڑوں کی طرح گاڑھا مکسچر بن جائے۔
پیس کے مکسچر میں نمک اور کھانے کا سوڈا ملا کے مزید پھینٹں کہ اس میں ہوا شامل ہو جائے۔
آدھا گھنٹہ اسے گرم جگہ پر رکھ دیں۔
کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور بڑے چمچ کی مدد سے آمیزہ تیل میں ڈالیں۔

 اسے درمیانی آنچ پر دونوں اطراف سے گولڈن براؤن کر لیں۔
ٹشو پر نکال کر رکھیں کہ تیل جذب ہو جائے۔
گرما گرم لڈو اِملی کی چٹنی، خوبانی کی چٹنی اور مولی کے سلاد کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
چٹنی کے اجزاء پین میں ڈال کر پانچ منٹ پکائیں اور پھر ٹھنڈا کرکے استعمال کریں۔
